Cancellation Policy PLEASE READ
We send multiple reminder messages prior to your booking, including an option to cancel/rebook online.
Please note we have these policies in place to ensure it is fair and equal for everyone who visits our space.

NO-SHOWS
If you ghost us, we will send through an invoice via text message or email for the full estimated amount of the service book.
This invoice is to be paid prior to rebooking or revisiting our space.
A no-show also includes if you arrive too late to your appointment for us to perform the service. You will be charged for the stylist’s time regardless of when you arrive.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
We require all clients to give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their booking.
We have an option to cancel or reschedule your appointment online via a link in your email.
If you reschedule within the 24 hour notice period, you may be sent an invoice via email or text to give a 50% deposit for your rescheduled service.
If you cancel within the 24 hour notice period without rebooking, you may be sent an invoice via text or email to pay 50% of your booked service.
